This establishment reserves the right to block from your credit card the charges of your booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
Bookings cancelled or amended within 30 days before arrival will result in the chage of one night accommodation.
Non-arrivals will result in the full charge of the booking.
Booking for special dates like Congresses in the city, Easter, Christmas, New Year or the first fortnight of August have a different policy: Cancellations up to 25 days prior arrival will result in the charge of one night accommodation, any time after that will result in the full charge of the booking,
OTHERS
This establishment reserves the right not to accept a booking if the number of guests declared does not match, if it is over the number of guests allowed or if it does not meet any of the rules of the policy of this establishment.
When you confirm your booking with us, you accept the terms and conditions on that booking.
SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT.
